Imotek are an Authorised Service Centre (ASC) for Sony Medical

We have a dedicated workshop and engineers that carry out repair/servicing on the complete range of Sony Medical Products (including printers, monitors and recorders).

We fit genuine parts supplied directly from Sony and as an Authorised Service Centre we have access to the dedicated Service Portal (for technical notes, updates and up-to-date service information).

Send your equipment safely

To ensure that your equipment is protected during shipment please ensure that it is well packed, especially around the front and rear of the unit as these areas are particularly fragile and prone to damage. We suggest that you provide a minimum of 4 inches (10cms) of packaging material all around the unit and that the unit is then placed in a sturdy cardboard box (or two) that is clearly labelled.
