Once you have purchased an ultrasound or MRI system, you need the support of a company that remains focused on your needs. The Imotek Service Department is 100 percent dedicated to your success and helping you protect your investment. 

Our technical experts and clinical product specialists will install the system and train your staff to operate it effectively. Imotek engineers have extensive knowledge of equipment and can quickly answer any questions regarding the system to maximise diagnostic performance.

Should you have any problems with your Esaote ultrasound or MRI system, our team of authorised service engineers is ready to help. They understand the technology of our imaging devices, and because they are factory-trained, they are uniquely qualified to solve any service issue and provide peace of mind by ensuring that your system is working within the manufacturer's specification. 

Are your ultrasound probes under performing? Imotek operates an exchange service whereby a factory refurbished probe with 12 months warranty can be provided in exchange for your old probe. If you are unsure if your probe is defective, Imotek can provide an exchange transducer on a sale or return basis.
