Once you have purchased an Esaote ultrasound system, you need the continued support of a company that remains focused on your needs. Imotek understands how important it is that the system runs smoothly, and is dedicated to your success and helping you protect your investment.

Imotek are the sole authorised service agent of ESAOTE Veterinary products in the UK.

Only our engineers have been trained and certified at the Esaote factories in Italy and the Netherlands to provide service, calibrations and repairs on your veterinary system. This makes us uniquely qualified to solve any problem that may arise.

We have full manufacturer support, with all the latest software, manuals, technical notes and direct access to the factory including R&D. At our warehouse and workshop facilities in Cambridgeshire we hold all spare parts for all of the current range of scanners.

Should you have any problems with your Esaote ultrasound or MRI system, our team of service engineers is ready to help. They understand the technology of our imaging devices, and because they are factory-trained, they can solve any service issue and provide peace of mind by ensuring that your system is working within the manufacturer's specification.

Imotek endeavour to fix systems on the customer’s site minimising down time. In certain instances, the system may need to be returned to IMOTEK’s in house repair facility, where our engineers have full access to the necessary tools, parts and software to diagnose and repair the system.

As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers we can offer a range of comprehensive service contracts for everyday peace of mind. Regular servicing and preventative maintenance will help to maintain system performance, operational safety and prevent unnecessary repairs.

It is our aim to always resolve any faults as quickly as possible. However, preventive maintenance is essential to stop these from occurring in the first place. Esaote ultrasound systems have a long service life, but just like your car, they need to be checked and safety tested regularly.

1 scheduled visit per year, all labour costs for emergency call outs, discount on parts, loan system.

Full Service Contract

2 scheduled visits per year, all labour costs for emergency call outs, parts*, loan system.
