Q: What do I do if my printer/monitor/ECG isn't working correctly?
A: Contact Imotek on 01487 843193 and speak directly to an engineer, who can provide fast, expert telephone assistance for both routine and emergency situations. If necessary we will recommend that the unit is sent in to our workshop for assessment.
Q: What happens when I send my unit to you?
A: There is a stringent set of procedures followed when a unit is sent into the workshop for repair:
the unit is inspected and the problems assessed
an estimate of repair is issued
the repair is authorised*
the unit is repaired and fully tested
the unit is returned via courier with a full detail of works completed.
Q: *What if I decide not to go ahead with the repair?
A: If the repair is not authorised an inspection fee will apply and we will return the unit to you in its original condition.
Q: What happens if the repair cost is not economical?
A: Imotek are an accredited dealer for many leading brands such as Sony so if the cost of repair is greater than a new replacement unit we will recommend and be able to sell you a replacement unit saving you money.
Q: Do you use official parts?
A: Yes, we have full factory support and all of the replacement parts we use are either new or reconditioned by the factory.
Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday in most areas. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Next day delivery is only available if the items ordered are in stock.
Exclusions from next day delivery include:
Off-shore and remote areas*.
Items which are not in stock at time of order – These will be despatched as soon as they become available.
Next Day delivery is not available on Bank Holiday weekends
