Once you have purchased an Esaote MRI system, you need the continued support of a company that remains focused on your needs. Imotek understands how important it is that the system runs smoothly, and is dedicated to your success and helping you protect your investment. Imotek is the sole authorised service agent of ESAOTE Veterinary products in the UK

Peace of Mind

As a service contract holder you will have on site scheduled Preventative Maintenance visits. The PM services will help to maintain system performance, operational safety and prevent unnecessary repairs.
 
Our service contracts also cover all labour costs including unlimited onsite emergency breakdown support.
 

Annual scheduled preventative maintenance visit will include:

System deep clean inside and out
Full system functionality test to manufacturers specification: including static magnet field homogeneity checks and adjustments if required.
Routine quality checks including signal to noise measurements, uniformity measurements, linearity and geometric distortion adjustments and RF shield checks
Full inspection of all MRI Coils including cables, connectors, casings and electronic LNA’s
Software and firmware upgrades
Electrical Safety Check

All contract holders will receive a discount on any additional or replacement probes and accessories for their ultrasound system.  

Protect your system longer for less. Our 3 and 5 year contracts offer double the saving; 
Standard discount for multi-year contracts paid in advance, single year contracts will be subject to annual inflation year on year.

As the sole authorised service agent for Esaote Veterinary, only our engineers have been trained and certified at the Esaote factories in Italy and the Netherlands. This makes us uniquely qualified to solve any problem that may arise.

We have full manufacturer support, with all the latest software, manuals, technical notes and direct access to the factory including R&D. At our warehouse and workshop facilities in Cambridgeshire we hold all spare parts for all of the current range of scanners.

Service Contract - Option 1

Preventative Maintenance 

Includes:
2 annual scheduled onsite preventative maintenance visits
All labour costs including unlimited onsite emergency breakdown support.

Service Contract - Option 2

Full Service

Providing three scheduled preventative maintenance service visits per year and covering all labour costs for emergency call outs, and parts*.

Service Option 3

Billable Service

Imotek are happy to service and repair any Esaote system on a billable basis.
