Specification

Easy positioning
Correct positioning of the district of interest in the magnet is key to obtain a good image quality. G-scan equine has some particular features that substantially facilitates the work of the MRI tech making for a faster scan and better image quality.

Delivery

Delivery – subject to site survey approval

Allow 12-16 weeks for complete system instalation. This is subject to shielding room requirements.

NOTE: The installation host room must meet the technical and environmental requirements and a dedicated RF room needs to be installed.

Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday in most areas. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Next day delivery is only available if the items ordered are in stock.

Exclusions from next day delivery include:

  • Off-shore and remote areas*.

  • Items which are not in stock at time of order – These will be despatched as soon as they become available.

  • Next Day delivery is not available on Bank Holiday weekends

Imotek International Ltd use a third party courier for all deliveries. Delivery charges are dependant upon total order weight. UK Only.

Installation

The installation of the G-scan Equine MRI is relatively simple as the system does not require any sophisticated cooling and venting system that are required for traditional MRI units.

The power consumption is low so a standard 220/110 V single phase power is sufficient to run the MRI.
