Service Department

Imotek Technical Services was established in 1985 as a provider of contractual service and logistical support to OEM's entering the UK and European market . At the end of May 2001 it became part of Imotek International Ltd.

The Imotek service department employs fully OEM qualified engineers and is able to offer a choice of in-house or field service repair on a chargeable or contractual basis for a range of medical produccts.

• Our service contracts range from Fully Comprehensive to Planned Preventative Maintenance. 
• We are also able to offer in-house or field service repair for non-contract holders at a billable hourly rate.

Veterinary and GP Service Support Contracts
Imotek appreciates that not all systems are subjected to the same workloads. Our service support contacts are therefore tailored to cover your needs, in order to give you a satisfactory assurance without overspending.

Quality Assurance Service
Imotek offers a diagnostic ultrasound quality assurance service program that can be tailored to suit your needs. This provides peace of mind by ensuring that you system is working within the manufacturers specification.

Probe Repair and Exchange Service
Are your probes under performing? Imotek operates an exchange service whereby a factory refurbished probe with 12 months warrenty can be provided in exchange for your old probe. If you are unsure if your probe is defective, Imotek can provide an exchange transducer on a sale or return basis.

SONY and Video Printer Service Centre
Imotek are an approved service centre for all Sony and Mitsubushi Video Printers, and are able to offer a rapid turn around service for those products.
