• Fault Description. An accurate fault description will reduce the service repair time and save you money!

Packaging Instruction
Video printers are fragile and can be easily damaged in transit. We receive many poorly packed units that arrive with further damage. To ensure that your video printer is protected during shipment please ensure that it is well packed, especially around the front and rear of the unit as these areas are particularly fragile and prone to damage. We suggest that you provide a minimum of 4 inches (10cms) of packaging material all around the unit and that the unit is then placed in a sturdy cardboard box that is clearly labeled.
