The transition to LCD monitor technology in the medical market has been steadily rising, with the adoption of flat panel LCD monitors increasing, as demand for traditional CRT models declines. Based on this, Imotek is pleased to announce their winter offer on Sony’s medical LCD monitors.

The LMD-1950MD (19Inch) and the LMD-2450MD (24Inch) high definition monitors have been specifically designed for surgical endoscopy applications for perfect observation and are ideal for using in operating theatres. The LMD range incorporates a superb picture quality LCD panel that provides an extremely high level of brightness, contrast and colour depth.

Compact, ruggedly-engineered and easy to use, the DVO-1000MD offers all the benefits of removable disc media over S-VHS tape. These include digital image quality and near-instant browsing and access to files, plus low media costs and reduced library space requirements. The DVO-1000MD allows recording and playback of images from a wide range of visible and non-visible light modalities.

The UP-21MD Sony colour video printer requires very little space thanks to its compact design. With a width of only 212mm it is possible to arrange it alongside other equipment.
The UP-21MD uses Sony's dye sublimation printing technology in A6 format with more than 400 dpi - and takes only 17 seconds to print. The easy-to-maintain UP-21MD can be conveniently replenished with media from the front.
